Garlic Apple Cider Vinegar with Honey Syrup

This is great for sore throats and allergies and colds and the Flu
it may sound weird but Garlic and Honey actually taste amazing together and its easy to make  ready?
How To Make Garlic Apple Cider Vinegar with Honey Syrup

20 cloves of garlic    yes 20 cloves of garlic that is not a typo
1 cup  of water
1 cup  of Apple Cider vinegar
3/4 cups), of honey  Raw organic is best
Glass or Plastic jar   Do not use metal
Cheese cloth

~Go Organic if Possible~

Break apart the garlic cloves. Remove loose peels, but don't sweat the ones that cling.

add a few slices into each Clove of garlic or chop in half  each clove

put garlic into a Clean and Sanitized Jar now pour the honey, add Equal amounts of water and vinegar. Enough to cover the garlic. Use a glass container preferably, or plastic if you have to, but Never metal to soak the garlic.

soak it like a tincture and let it sit for two weeks. I have also left it in this state for over a year and it has not spoiled. I call this stage ‘Garlic broth’. (un-strained.)

The pulp is strained through layers of cheesecloth or linen or cotton and a sieve. The resulting product is the strained broth.

Stir, drink to good health!
Internally:
1 tablespoon 3-4 x a day adults.
1 teaspoon, 3-4 x a day for children.
do not give to children under age 2

Externally:
Apply to lint, cotton, gauze, and place on wound.

you can also use it in food recipes for marinades

It is not inexpensive, however, I feel it is more valuable than gold.
(And it is really, really, sticky to make, even before the honey is added.)
The garlic oil attaches to everything!
And the entire house will reek on the day you grind the garlic.
Or open the bucket later….  Vadora kills me every time I makes it but we never get sick ever
Gotta Love It!

you can also add , Ginger, Cayenne Powder , sliced lemons, Cinnamon, Sage and Rosemary to the mix too if you wish
